John is a member of N3’s executive team. He focuses on sourcing retail property acquisitions for N3 as well as expanding N3’s retail services business. Prior to joining N3, Mr. Sengson was a Senior Acquisition Officer for Equity Investment Group (“EIG”), a private shopping center REIT, where he managed a portfolio of over 115 shopping centers totaling over 15 million square feet and valued in excess of $700 Million. John is an active member of ICSC, he’s earned the distinction of a Certified Commercial Investment Member (“CCIM”) & is an active licensed Real Estate Broker.
