    Brenna Wadleigh

    CEO and President

    Ms. Wadleigh serves as CEO and President of N3 Real Estate.  Ms. Wadleigh is responsible for all aspects of the Company’s investment strategy and operations.

    Prior to joining N3, Ms. Wadleigh served as Vice President, Strategic Planning of Crescent Real Estate Equities, a $6 billion REIT in Ft Worth, Texas.  In this position she was responsible for strategic planning, forecasting earnings and cash flows, managing corporate M&A, and reporting and analysis for the Executive Management Team.

    Ms. Wadleigh holds a BBA in finance from the University of Texas at Arlington and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers, a trustee for CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) in the Community, and serves as a member of the Advisory Council of the University of Texas at Arlington’s College of Business.

    Ms. De Fazio has over 25 years of experience in real estate development, leasing and marketing, and has participated in the development of over 25 million square feet of retail, office, industrial and residential projects in her career.

    Ms. De Fazio has also represented tenants in their site selection process and maintains close relationships with numerous outlet and full price retailers. Prior to joining N3, Ms. De Fazio was President of Terra Brokerage International, Inc., an international real estate development consulting, tenant representation and brokerage firm with offices in Texas and California. She managed the pre-development, leasing and marketing of Gran Plaza, a 600,000 SF outlet and power center project in Calexico, CA; Magnitude LAX, a 2 million square foot mixed use project in Hawthorne, CA, and other high street and lifestyle projects for Magnitude Properties, as well as leasing and development assignments for various other prominent national and regional developers and retailers. Her experience includes 10 years of corporate tenant representation at Regis, Payless Shoes and Animal Health.

    Ms. De Fazio is a graduate of the University of Southern California and holds a BS degree in Real Estate and Finance, is an active member of ICSC and has been a frequent speaker at industry conferences. Ms. De Fazio is also is among the first in the industry to receive the new ICSC Certified Retail Real Estate Professional (CRRP) credential.

    John P. Sengson is a member of the N3’s Executive Team. John focuses on expanding N3’s development services business as well as seeking value-add and opportunistic acquisition opportunities for our portfolio.  Prior to joining N3, Mr. Sengson was a Senior Acquisition Officer for Equity Investment Group (“EIG”), a private shopping center REIT, where Mr. Sengson played an integral role in that Company’s growth.  In a short period, EIG grew to own and manage a portfolio of over 115 shopping centers totaling over 15 million square feet and valued in excess of $700 Million.  Subsequent to the sale of 58 of EIG’s Shopping Centers, Mr. Sengson, along with other investors, formed JPS Capital & Highland Equity Group in an effort to diversify their respective investment portfolios and began to focus on acquiring single-tenant office, industrial and retail properties nationwide. These companies thrived under his leadership, as a result, he was able to expand his ownership and role as the Chief Investment Officer of these companies.

    Mr. Sengson has earned the distinction of a Certified Commercial Investment Member (“CCIM”) and has a Finance Degree from Auburn University.  John is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and an active licensed Real Estate Broker.

    Ms. Davidson serves as VP, Development and Construction and is responsible for all aspects of the Company’s portfolio operations including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, insurance, property taxes and other critical areas of ownership.  In addition, Ms. Davidson sources and leases new retail development opportunities for N3.

    Prior to joining N3, Ms. Davidson was responsible for property development and management for various private real estate owners including Trammell Crow and Realty Capital.

    Ms. Davidson is a graduate of Texas Tech University and a member of International Council of Shopping Centers.

    Ms. Hanley serves as VP, Underwriting and Legal.  She is responsible for managing the diligence and closing process for new assets as well as all legal aspects of N3’s real estate transactions and portfolio.

    Ms. Hanley has over 20 years of legal experience with emphasis in the real estate industry.  Prior to joining N3, she worked as a paralegal with the law firm of Murphy, Mahon, Keffler and Farrier.

    Ms. Hanley graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington and received her CLA in 1994 and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

    Mr. Otness serves as VP, Controller and is responsible for the firm’s internal and external financial reporting as well as management of N3’s accounting department and treasury activities.

    Mr. Otness has over 20 years’ experience in accounting and financial reporting in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining N3, he was an assistant controller at Invesco Real Estate where he oversaw all aspects of financial reporting for its closed-end value fund and several large separate account clients.

    Mr. Otness earned a BBA in accounting from Baylor University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of CPAs and holds the Chartered Global Management Accountant designation.
