Brenna Wadleigh, CEO and President
Ms. Wadleigh serves as CEO and President of N3 Real Estate. Ms. Wadleigh is responsible for all aspects of the Company’s investment strategy and operations.
Prior to joining N3, Ms. Wadleigh served as Vice President, Strategic Planning of Crescent Real Estate Equities, a $6 billion REIT in Ft Worth, Texas. In this position she was responsible for strategic planning, forecasting earnings and cash flows, managing corporate M&A, and reporting and analysis for the Executive Management Team.
Ms. Wadleigh holds a BBA in finance from the University of Texas at Arlington and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers and served as a board member for 4 years for the Ft. Worth Chapter of Financial Executives International.

Jeannie De Fazio, Vice President, Real Estate
Ms. De Fazio has over 25 years of experience in real estate development, leasing and marketing, and has participated in the development of over 25 million square feet of retail, office, industrial and residential projects in her career.
Ms. De Fazio has also represented tenants in their site selection process and maintains close relationships with numerous outlet and full price retailers. Prior to joining N3, Ms. De Fazio was President of Terra Brokerage International, Inc., an international real estate development consulting, tenant representation and brokerage firm with offices in Texas and California. She managed the pre-development, leasing and marketing of Gran Plaza, a 600,000 SF outlet and power center project in Calexico, CA; Magnitude LAX, a 2 million square foot mixed use project in Hawthorne, CA, and other high street and lifestyle projects for Magnitude Properties, as well as leasing and development assignments for various other prominent national and regional developers and retailers. Her experience includes 10 years of corporate tenant representation at Regis, Payless Shoes and Animal Health.
Ms. De Fazio is a graduate of the University of Southern California and holds a BS degree in Real Estate and Finance, is an active member of ICSC and has been a frequent speaker at industry conferences. Ms. De Fazio holds the CRX (Certified Retail Property Executive) and CLS (Certified Leasing Specialist) designations from the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Jan Davidson, Vice President, Development and Construction
Ms. Davidson serves as VP, Development and Construction and is responsible for all aspects of the Company’s portfolio operations including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, insurance, property taxes and other critical areas of ownership. In addition, Ms. Davidson sources and leases new retail development opportunities for N3.
Prior to joining N3, Ms. Davidson was responsible for property development and management for various private real estate owners including Trammell Crow and Realty Capital.
Ms. Davidson is a graduate of Texas Tech University and a member of International Council of Shopping Centers.

Harry Chapman, Vice President, Design and Development
Mr. Chapman joined N3 in January 2006 and serves as VP, Design and Development. Mr. Chapman directs all aspects of N3’s design, pre-development and construction activities. He is responsible for all physical property diligence, entitling and permitting new development sites and ensuring each construction project is completed on time and on budget.
Prior to N3, Mr. Chapman spent 20 years as a founding partner with Marathon Builders, Inc., a full service, international design/build general construction company that specialized in commercial and industrial projects in the United States and Canada. Mr. Chapman also held development management positions with Taco Bell, KinderCare, Long John Silver’s Restaurants, and Med+ Urgent Care. During his 32 years in the retail and industrial construction industry, Mr. Chapman has managed projects ranging in size from $500,000 to $50 million and in scope from design and entitlement to commission and close out while establishing an industry leading record for on time and on budget delivery.
Mr. Chapman holds qualifying credentials as a General Engineering, General Building, and Hazardous Material Contractor in California, as a Certified Building Contractor and Certified Pollutant Storage Contractor in Florida, as an Unlimited Building Contractor in Nevada, as a Building Contractor in Arizona, as well as licensing credentials in 12 other states and the Canadian provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec and Newfoundland. Mr. Chapman’s other certifications and memberships include OSHA Certified Construction Safety Auditor, Certified Underground Storage Tank Installer/Remover, International Code Council Certification, Member AGC of America and Member CSI.

Debbie Hanley, Vice President, Underwriting and Legal
Ms. Hanley serves as VP, Underwriting and Legal. She is responsible for managing the diligence and closing process for new assets as well as all legal aspects of N3’s real estate transactions and portfolio.
Ms. Hanley has over 20 years of legal experience with emphasis in the real estate industry. Prior to joining N3, she worked as a paralegal with the law firm of Murphy, Mahon, Keffler and Farrier.
Ms. Hanley graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington and received her CLA in 1994 and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Scott Otness, Vice President, Controller
Mr. Otness serves as VP, Controller and is responsible for the firm’s internal and external financial reporting as well as management of N3’s accounting department and treasury activities.
Mr. Otness has over 20 years’ experience in accounting and financial reporting in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining N3, he was an assistant controller at Invesco Real Estate where he oversaw all aspects of financial reporting for its closed-end value fund and several large separate account clients.
Mr. Otness earned a BBA in accounting from Baylor University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of CPAs and holds the Chartered Global Management Accountant designation.
