N3 Real Estate Acquires Two-Tenant Building in Lansing, MI

Southlake, Texas – May 21, 2015 – N3 Real Estate purchased a 9,400 square foot NNN two-tenant building in Lansing, MI. The building was originally built in 2003 for its current tenants Aaron’s and Cash Advance and is located along the heavily traveled Martin Luther King Boulevard.
