N3 Real Estate Announces Executive Changes

Southlake, Texas – October 1, 2014 – N3 Real Estate announces that effective today Brenna Wadleigh will assume the role of CEO from William W. “Biff” McGuire. “We truly appreciate Mr. McGuire’s efforts and success in transforming N3 from a merchant developer with four assets in 2007 to an owner of an institutional quality portfolio of over 70 net-leased retail assets today” says Ms. Wadleigh.

N3 also announces the following Officer appointments:
