N3 Real Estate Closes for Family Dollar Stores in Loving, New Mexico

Southlake, Texas – August 2, 2013 – N3 Real Estate of Southlake, Texas closed and will begin construction on a new 8,320 square foot Family Dollar Store located at the intersection of State Highway 285 and Beech Street in Loving, New Mexico.

N3 will co-develop the property with CenterPointe Real Estate of Scottsdale, Arizona.  This is the first of many developments with CenterPointe. We are proud of our partnership with a quality developer like Clint Jameson” stated N3’s CEO.
