Debbie has been with N3 since 2009. She manages the legal and underwriting of the company’s real estate projects. She is well-versed in various commercial transactions such as acquisitions, sales, leasing, asset management, underwriting/ project management, and real estate development. Before joining N3, Debbie worked as a real estate paralegal; her extensive paralegal background has included working in various areas of law, such as real estate, corporate, bankruptcy, and collections/litigation. She attended the University of Texas at Arlington and received her CLA in 1994. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
