Courtney Rodriguez is a Property Manager at N3 Real Estate. She oversees the day-to-day operations of commercial properties throughout Texas as well as in several other states across the country.

With more than seven years of experience in property management, Courtney has supported a wide range of clients, from startup businesses to national corporations. She handles tenant and vendor communications, coordinates maintenance requests, manages property improvements and tenant finish-outs, and prepares property budgets. Her work is guided by a strong commitment to customer service and operational excellence.

Courtney earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of Texas at Arlington. Before moving into property management, she held various roles in the real estate industry where she gained experience in administration, leasing documentation, and tenant reconciliations. She is currently working toward her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation to continue advancing her professional expertise.
