Brenna A. Wadleigh is the President & CEO of N3 Real Estate, a national retail real estate investment, development, and asset management firm. With over 25 years of leadership experience across both public and private commercial real estate platforms, she brings deep operational and strategic expertise to every facet of the business.

Since joining N3 in 2007, Brenna has led the firm’s overall vision, overseeing investment strategy, capital raising, development, leasing, and operations. Under her leadership, N3 has grown into a trusted steward of institutional and private capital with a portfolio focused on high-performing retail assets across the country.

Prior to N3, Brenna served as Vice President of Strategic Planning at Crescent Real Estate Equities, a publicly traded REIT, where she played a key role in corporate strategy and financial operations.

She is a Certified Public Accountant and licensed real estate sales agent in Texas. Brenna also serves on the Board of Directors for Alpine Income Property Trust(NYSE: PINE), where she is a member of the Governance and Compensation Committees.

Committed to the advancement of the industry and the next generation of leaders, she is President of the Advisory Council for the College of Business at the University of Texas at Arlington. She is also an active member of the CEO Council of CREW Network, CREW Dallas, and ICSC.
