Debbie Hanley has been a key member of N3 Real Estate since 2009, overseeing the legal administration and underwriting of the company’s real estate projects. With a strong foundation in transactional real estate, she supports a wide range of activities including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, asset management, and development.

Debbie brings over two decades of legal experience to her role, having previously worked as a real estate paralegal across multiple practice areas, including corporate law, bankruptcy, litigation, and collections. Her comprehensive legal background enhances her ability to manage complex transactions and ensure operational accuracy across the portfolio.

She studied at The University of Texas at Arlington and earned her Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) designation in 1994. Debbie is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
