Hannah Webb serves as Director of Operations, Leasing, and Marketing at N3 Real Estate, where she plays a key role in advancing the firm’s strategic growth and operational performance across its retail portfolio.

In her role, Hannah partners closely with the business development team to expand N3’s client base and market presence while leading the company’s marketing and brand strategy. She oversees creative direction, campaign execution, and corporate positioning, ensuring the firm’s brand reflects its leadership in the retail real estate sector.

With a strong understanding of retail real estate and a strategic, results-driven approach, Hannah contributes to both the operational backbone and the outward-facing identity of the firm. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), a licensed real estate sales agent in the State of Texas, a member of NTCAR, and is currently pursuing her IREM Certified Property Manager certification.
