Robert is an experienced real estate executive with a passion for retail property investment. As head of Acquisitions and Finance, he helps oversee N3’s $200 million portfolio of multi-tenant retail centers & single-tenant assets across the Sun Belt.

Since joining N3 in 2016, Robert has led and executed more than $500 million in retail real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint venture equity, and debt financing. His disciplined underwriting approach and market insight play a key role in shaping N3’s retail investment strategy.

In addition to his transactional leadership, Robert helps drive the firm’s business development efforts and oversees lender relationships across the portfolio. He also monitors key market and leasing data to inform future investment decisions.

Robert graduated summa cum laude from Oklahoma State University with degrees in Accounting and Finance. He is a licensed sales agent in the State of Texas and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
