Royce Barrington leads the expansion of N3’s retail services platform, with a focus on portfolio leasing, site selection, project management, site planning, entitlements, and development analysis. Since joining N3 in 2018, he has been instrumental in the execution of over 45 build-to-suit projects totaling more than $80 million in value.

Rooted in the Dallas–Fort Worth community, Royce brings a local’s perspective and a deep passion for retail real estate to every project. He works closely with national and regional tenants, both as a strategic advisor and licensed agent, helping them grow their footprint with precision and efficiency.

Royce holds a BBA in Managerial Finance from The University of Mississippi and is a licensed associate broker in the State of Texas. He is also an active member of ICSC.
