Scott Otness oversees all internal and external financial reporting for N3 Real Estate and leads the company’s accounting operations. With more than 30 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting within the commercial real estate sector, he brings deep technical expertise and a strong command of financial governance to the team.

Before joining N3, Scott served as Assistant Controller at Invesco Real Estate in Dallas, where he managed financial reporting for a closed-end value fund and multiple large separate account clients.

He holds a BBA in Accounting from Baylor University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Texas. Scott is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Texas Society of CPAs.
