Royce serves as a Real Estate Associate for N3 Real Estate. He is responsible for site selection, mapping, project management, and analysis of new development and redevelopment projects. Royce received a BBA in Managerial Finance and a minor in Accounting from The University of Mississippi and was a member of the Financiers Club and the Tennessee Valley Authority Investment Fund.  He is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers and is a licensed sales agent in the State of Texas.
