N3 Real Estate Disposition to Tires Plus

Southlake, Texas – April 16, 2012 – N3 Real Estate of Southlake, Texas developed and sold a 8,256 square foot build-to-suit Tires Plus Total Car Care store located at the intersection of Sunset Drive and Chapman Drive in Waukesha, Wisconsin, a suburb of Milwaukee.  EXP Realty Advisors represented N3 in the sale of the project.
