Bio

Robert is an experienced real estate executive with a passion for retail property investment. He is responsible for overseeing N3’s $250 million retail property portfolio as well as sourcing and underwriting all acquisitions, managing disposition activities, and sourcing new lender relationships.

Since joining N3 in 2016, Robert has led and executed over $500 million in closed transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, debt financing and joint venture equity for the firm. Beyond his transactional expertise, Robert plays a vital role in N3’s business development efforts and diligently tracks market data for the firm.
