Jan Davidson, in her capacity as the Vice President of Asset Management and Construction, is a seasoned professional with over 27 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Her responsibilities have encompassed all aspects of property management, leasing, construction, and staff supervision. She has a strong background in managing retail, office, and industrial portfolios. Jan’s journey with N3 began in 2008, following a successful tenure where she was responsible for property development & management for various private real estate owners, including Trammell Crow & Realty Capital.
