Algiers Plaza Announces Two New Tenants
As property continues to grow, developer also launches new website

January 23, 2018 – (New Orleans, LA) – N3 Real Estate, the national real estate firm that owns Algiers Plaza, is proud to announce it has signed leases with two new tenants: Sprint, which opened in December, and Firehouse Subs, which will open later this summer. The national retailers join Winn-Dixie, Petco and T.J. Maxx, among others, at the retail center, which is located in the heart of the Algiers community along General De Gaulle Avenue at Holiday Drive.

With its newest store in Greater New Orleans, Sprint, one of the nation’s largest wireless providers, brings customers one more location from which to buy and service mobile devices. Sprint will host its grand opening on Saturday, January 26th at 11:00 a.m. Firehouse Subs provides a new, much-desired food option to Algiers with its made-to-order hot and cold sandwiches featuring a variety of hot sauces.

“It’s great timing to have these strong retailers open at Algiers Plaza,” said Brenna Wadleigh, N3 CEO. “We are very focused on the ongoing development of this property with more stores, amenities and even some special events planned later this year.”

Along with the new tenants, Algiers Plaza launched an updated website (www.algiersplaza.com) and Facebook page to better communicate with shoppers. N3 Real Estate hopes that the new website and social media presence will give them additional ways to gain valuable feedback from shoppers. The company has already responded to feedback from on-site visits and plans continue to enhance the overall shopping experience at the center.

“Our team is on site frequently talking with tenants and shoppers, and as a result, we are doing things like restructuring how people access stores from major throughways, and planning some community events for the center,” said Wadleigh. “The new website and social media page give us more outlets to communicate with our constituents on further enhancements and offerings.”

N3 Real Estate acquired the 237,000 square foot multi-tenant center in Algiers in 2014.
