N3 Real Estate is excited to welcome EVO Entertainment to The Escala development in San Antonio, TX. Escala is located near Sea World at Texas State Highway 151 & Military Dr. This will be EVO Entertainment’s seventh location, and their largest to date.

The 80,000 square foot EVO® Entertainment center will feature 10 dine-in cinema screens, 12 bowling lanes, a restaurant & bar, over 7,000 square feet of video & redemption arcades, EVO®VR Virtual Reality, an elevated ropes course, outdoor patio, private event spaces and more. All auditoriums will offer push-button dine-in service from EVO®’s scratch kitchen and bar, and feature luxurious heated recliners, laser 4K projection, plus immersive Dolby® audio. The facility will also feature two EVX® premium large format auditoriums.

The Escala development is a two-phase site that will be anchored by the EVO Entertainment space, which will encompass the entire second phase. Phase I of the project will contain 10,000 to 15,000 square feet of multi-tenant spaces, including standalone build-to-suit opportunities for qualified tenants. The spaces would be ideal locations for retail, dining and medical users. The site is located in front of SeaWorld, which boasts over 3.5 million visitors annually. This location will serve as an epicenter for retail activity within the submarket due to its strong demographics: 1) 95,000 high income residents within 3 miles 2) over 220,000 employees within 5 miles 3) 98,000vpd on Highway 151. Work on the new EVO facility is expected to begin in the coming weeks, with an opening scheduled for January 2021.
