Southlake, Texas – September 13, 2012 – N3 Real Estate of Southlake, Texas acquired a retail portfolio totaling 172,329 square feet in various cities in Texas from St Ives Realty of Dallas, Texas.
The eight properties were acquired due to their proximity to Wal-Mart Supercenters in these Texas towns. Their locations are Alamo, Dumas, Hereford, Weatherford, Red Oak, Sweetwater and Victoria Texas.
According to N3’s CEO, Biff McGuire, “This acquisition was a great opportunity to acquire quality real estate in Texas that is leased to national credit tenants. We will continue to look to expand our relationships with these retailers.” The tenants in the portfolio include Verizon, GameStop, Dollar Tree, Rent-a-Center, and Beall’s among others.
