N3 Real Estate Purchases Land for A Multi-Tenant Center in Burleson, Texas

Southlake, Texas – May 28, 2014 – N3 Real Estate of Southlake, Texas purchased 4.38 acres of land and started construction on 29,000 square feet of retail space at South Towne Crossing in Burleson, Texas.  Located at the Northeast Corner of Wilshire Boulevard and John Jones Drive next to Target, the development will include a free-standing Mattress Firm, a 12,000 square foot Petco and up to 12,000 square feet of additional space available for lease. Tim Hughes of Falcon Realty Advisors represented Petco and Mattress Firm in the transaction.  The available space is being leased by Scott Rodgers of DuWest Realty.

According to N3’s CEO, “This development is our third project in the last three months to start in Dallas/Ft. Worth. We are especially excited about this project’s location over the long-term due to the recent opening of the Chisholm Trail Tollway.”
