N3 Real Estate Closes on Cracker Barrel in Bentonville, AR

Southlake, Texas – September 5, 2013 – N3 Real Estate of Southlake, Texas closed on the acquisition of approximately 5.6 acres located at SE Walton Blvd. and Moberly Lane in Bentonville, Arkansas.  A 15,000 square foot Cracker Barrel Old Country Store will be built on 2.1 acres and has an expected open date in Spring 2014. N3 is evaluating hotel and medical uses on the balance of the 3.5 acres.

Cracker Barrel was represented by James Pangman of Pangman Commercial Realty, LP.  N3 Real Estate represented itself in the transaction.
