Southlake, Texas – February 28, 2013 – N3 Real Estate of Southlake, Texas closed on the purchase of a 10,000 square foot Dollar Tree Store located at 6621 Aaron Aronov Drive, Fairfield, Alabama.
The property was an existing building built in 2001 for Dollar Tree. The seller was represented by Silver Commercial Brokerage.
