N3 Real Estate Closes on Land Acquisition for A Multi-Tenant Center in Southlake, Texas

Southlake, Texas – January 21, 2013 – N3 Real Estate of Southlake, Texas closed on the land and started development work on a 10,725 square foot multi-tenant retail building at the corner of Nolen Road and Southlake Boulevard [FM 1709] in Southlake, Texas.  The center will be anchored by a drive-thru Starbucks with other national tenants such as Mattress Firm and Pie Five Pizza.  The property is a co-development with Stacy McVey of Dallas, Texas.
