Southlake, Texas – October 22, 2012 – N3 Real Estate of Southlake, Texas has closed on a land acquisition for the co-development of a Mattress Firm. The co-development project with Velocity Retail Group will be a 4,600 square foot single tenant retail site located at I-19 and Nogales Highway in Sahuarita, Arizona, a suburb of Tucson. The property is expected to open in March 2013.
