Southlake, Texas – July, 15, 2014 – N3 Real Estate of Southlake, Texas purchased land and will begin construction on a new 8,320 square foot Family Dollar Store to be located at 3502 Spangler Lane, Copperopolis, CA which will be completed early 2015.
N3 will co-develop the property with Halferty Development Company of Pasadena, California. Founded in 1980, Halferty has developed 650,000 square feet of Class “A” office space and over 3 million square feet of retail space.
