N3 Real Estate and Halferty Group Completes Development of Family Dollar Store in California

Southlake, Texas – October 9, 2014 – N3 Real Estate announces the completion of a new 9,180 square foot Family Dollar Store located a Academy Avenue and 8^th Street in Sanger, California.

N3 co-developed the property with Halferty Development Company of Pasadena, California.  Founded in 1980, Halferty has developed 650,000 square feet of Class “A” office space and over 3,000,000 square feet of retail space.
