Southlake, Texas – April 18, 2012 – N3 Real Estate of Southlake, Texas sold a 5,600 square foot multi-tenant retail site located at I-19 and Nogales Highway in Sahuarita, Arizona, a suburb of Tucson.
The property is 100% leased to Radio Shack and Pacific Dental, 2,100 square feet and 3,500 square feet, respectfully. N3 was represented by Marcus & Millichap in the sale of the property.
