Southlake, Texas – July 28, 2015 – N3 Real Estate will complete a build-to-suit development project for Andy’s Frozen Custard, a regional group with 26 stores in operation and 6 more stores expected to open in the near future. The site to be developed is located in Broken Arrow, OK, the largest suburb in Tulsa and is expected to open before year end.
