Southlake, Texas – February 14, 2014 – N3 Real Estate of Southlake, Texas closed on the land to begin construction on a new 9,180 square foot Family Dollar Store located at Academy Avenue and 8th Street in Sanger, California.
N3 will co-develop the property with Halferty Development Company of Pasadena, California. Founded in 1980, Halferty has developed 650,000 square feet of Class “A” office space and over 3,000,000 square feet of retail space.
