Southlake, Texas – April 20, 2012 – N3 Real Estate of Southlake, Texas closed on the land to begin construction on a new 8,320 square foot Family Dollar Store located at 605 Skyline Blvd in Avenal, California.
N3 will co-develop the property with Halferty Development Company of Pasadena, California. Founded in 1980, Halferty has developed 650,000 square feet of Class “A” office space and over 3,000,000 square feet of retail space. Biff McGuire stated “we are honored to be in partnership with Jim Halferty and Chris Peto. They are true professionals and are key to our expansion in California.”
