N3 Real Estate Welcomes Greg Copeland, Development Manager

Greg Copeland joined N3 Real Estate in May of 2022.

In his role as Development Manager, Greg is responsible for site planning, entitlements and construction. Prior to joining N3, Greg spent years becoming knowledgeable of the development process from both the General Contractor and Developer viewpoints where he served in various roles in pre-construction and project management. He has helped develop projects in various locations nationwide and has a strong track record of turning project ideas into tangible, end-user experiences.
