N3 Real Estate Welcomes New Real Estate Executives

Southlake, Texas – February 28, 2019 – N3 Real Estate is pleased to announce three executives to its real estate team.
John Sengson, CCIM will serve as Vice President. John will work with Jeannie De Fazio, Vice President, Real Estate, in our development services business which supports the growth of numerous retail and restaurant companies across the country. In addition, John and Robert Confer, Director of Finance, will focus on the acquisition of multi-tenant retail properties, value-add properties, and conversion opportunities. Before joining N3, John was a Senior Acquisition Officer for Equity Investment Group, a private shopping center REIT. He subsequently formed JPS Capital & Highland Equity Group which focused on acquiring single-tenant office, industrial and retail properties nationwide.
Doug Hermann, CCIM and Brant Reed also joined N3 and will both focus on finding and managing new developments and sites for our restaurant and retail clients across the U.S. Prior to N3, Doug was an Assistant Vice President with Weitzman where he focused on Project Leasing and Tenant Representation. Doug helped lease Weitzman’s portfolio of 22M square feet of retail in DFW while also handling exclusive Tenant Representation accounts, most notably, Cru Food and Wine Bar. Doug was their master broker across the country and has done deals in Georgia, Florida, Texas, and Kentucky in mixed-use lifestyle centers.
Prior to N3, Brant worked as a corporate real estate professional with multiple Fortune 500 Retailers including: AutoZone, Advance Auto Parts and Family Dollar Stores. Most recently, Brant developed retail real estate projects for his investors with projects for AutoZone, O’Reilly Auto, Advance Auto, Starbucks, Arby’s Tractor Supply, Sonic Drive In and Walgreens.
