Bio

Brenna A. Wadleigh serves as President & CEO of N3 Real Estate, a national retail real estate owner, developer, and asset manager.  She has over 25-years experience leading public and private commercial real estate companies.  Ms. Wadleigh joined N3 in 2007 and is responsible for all aspects of the company’s investment strategy, fundraising, leasing, development, and operations. Prior to joining N3, she served as VP of Strategic Planning at Crescent Real Estate Equities, a publicly-traded REIT.  Ms. Wadleigh is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas and a licensed real estate sales-agent in Texas.  She serves on the Board of Directors as well as the Governance and the Compensation Committees of Alpine Income Property Trust, a publicly-traded company.  Ms. Wadleigh currently serves as President of the Advisory Council for the College of Business at the University of Texas at Arlington and is a member of the CEO Council of CREW Network, CREW Dallas, and ICSC.
