John is a seasoned real estate executive with a proven track record in sourcing and acquiring retail properties. As a member of N3’s executive team, he plays a pivotal role in expanding the company’s retail services business. Prior to joining N3, John served as a Senior Acquisition Officer for Equity Investment Group (“EIG”), a prominent private shopping center REIT. During his tenure at EIG, he successfully managed a substantial portfolio of over 115 shopping centers, encompassing more than 15 million square feet of retail space and valued at over $700 million.

John’s expertise extends beyond property acquisition. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Additionally, John is a licensed real estate broker, bringing a comprehensive understanding of the commercial real estate market to his role.
